• Pre-operative evaluations: Internal medicine & cardiology consults, abdominal ultrasound, gastric endoscopy, EKG, chest X-ray and full blood tests.
• Surgery and hospital stay: Performed by bariatric surgeons at an American Accreditation Commission International (AACI)-accredited hospital, with a two-night hospital stay included.
• Post-operative care: Leak test (methylene blue test), follow-up check-ups, and one-on-one consultation with a bariatric dietitian, plus 12-month dietitian support included.

• Patient Protection Insurance: In accordance with Turkish Ministry of Health regulations, international patients undergoing surgical procedures are covered by a mandatory medical travel patient protection insurance. This coverage applies only in cases where medically defined post-operative care is required, subject to policy terms and conditions.
• Hotel accommodation: Two-night stay at a hotel within 8 minutes' walking distance of the hospital, with breakfast, Wi-Fi and a free companion stay included.
• Private transfers: Airport–hotel–airport transportation in private vehicles.

2. MEDICAL APPROVAL & OFFER
Once approved, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and a written quotation listing everything included.
An online consultation with the partner hospital's surgical team is optional for those who wish to review the procedure before booking.
​3. ARRIVAL IN ISTANBUL
Upon arrival, a driver arranged by the hospital meets you at the airport and transfers you to the hospital for your pre-operative tests.
After surgery and discharge, you’ll stay two nights in a nearby hotel for rest and recovery.
4. SURGERY & RECOVERY
Your procedure is performed by experienced bariatric surgeons at an AACI-accredited hospital.
All tests are completed before surgery, and you are monitored after surgery before discharge.
